1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp fat free parmesan cheese
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Heat oven to 375. Combine crumbs and cheese in a bowl. In a seperate bowl combine mustard
and honey. Dip chicken in honey mustard then in crumbs. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
