*This weight was from the beginning of summer 2004. Over the summer I tried to eat more vegetables from my home garden and more fruit. I also tried to watch my portion sizes and eat less. It must have worked because I lost some weight before I formally began tracking my progress on a regular basis.
 
Note: I am also doing this on my own right now with my old WW materials and am not yet attending meetings.
