13 1/2 lowfat graham cracker sheets 1 small pkg fat
free instant vanilla pudding
2 1/4 cups skim milk, divided
1 1/2 cups fat free whipped topping (half a 8 oz container)
1/2 small pkg fat free instant chocolate pudding
Place 4 1/2 crackers in bottom of 8x8 square pan. Mix vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups
milk; let sit for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and spread half over crackers. Top with 4 1/2 more crackers and then
remaining vanilla pudding. Top with remaining 4 1/2 crackers. Mix chocolate pudding with 3/4 cup milk; let sit for 2 minutes.
Spread over top of crackers. Cover and chill overnight or at least 6 hours to allow crackers to soften.
