Apple Scones

1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup reduced calorie margarine
1 small apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 cup quick cooking oats
2 egg whites
2 tbsp skim milk
2 tbsp honey
 
Combine the flour, baking powder and cinnamon in bowl. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in apple and oats. Add egg whites, milk and honey. Mix well--dough will be sticky. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.
