1 cup + 2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 egg
1 tbsp reduced calorie margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 400. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Combine dry ingredients in
bowl. In seperate bowl combine wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir just until mixed. Roll out 1/4 inch thick
and cut into 12 wedges. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
