6 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed
1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup mild buffalo wing sauce
3/4 cup water
8 oz fat free cottage cheese
1 egg
3 oz shredded pepperjack cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a skillet with nonstick spray and cook chicken over medium heat
until almost done. Stir in spaghetti sauce, buffalo wing sauce and water. In a small bowl combine cottage cheese and egg.
Spray a square pan with nonstick spray. Spread 1/2 cup of the sauce in bottom of pan, arrange 3 noodles on top, then
more sauce, then a layer of cheese mixture; repeat ending with sauce. Cover and bake for 60 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle
pepperjack cheese on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until cheese starts to melt. Remove from oven and let stand
for 15 minutes before serving.
