Sesame Chicken Tenders

2 egg whites
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
3/4 cup crushed cornflake crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut in strips

Combine first 3 ingredients with a whisk in a bowl. In another bowl combine next 5 ingredients. Dip chicken in egg white mixture then in cereal mixture. Place on sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden.
