1 box orange or white cake mix (not prepared)
1 can diet orange soda
2 small packages sugar free orange gelatin (unprepared)
1 small package sugar free instant vanilla pudding (unprepared)
1 cup skim milk
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz fat free whipped topping
Mix cake mix with diet orange soda. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and pour in batter.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. When cake is done poke holes in cake with the end of a wooden spoon. Mix 1 package of the orange
gelatin with boiling water until dissolved. Add cold water and pour entire amount evenly over cake. Refrigerate cake for at
least 2 hours. Mix vanilla pudding mix and other package of orange gelatin in bowl. Add 1 cup milk and 1 tsp vanilla; mix
well. Fold in whipped topping. Frost top of cake with mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerate any leftover
cake.
