3 oz light cream cheese
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 cups cubed chicken breast
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 8 oz can reduced fat crescent rolls
Blend cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper till smooth. Add onion, celery, chicken and broccoli;
stir to combine. Seperate dough into 4 rectangles and seal perforations. Spoon 1/4 of mixture onto center of each rectangle.
Pull up opposite corners to center and seal to form a ball. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Note: I have also used chopped spinach and chopped fresh mushrooms.
