Cornmeal Biscuits

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp reduced calorie margarine
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp flour

Combine dry ingredients, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add milk, stirring just until moistened. Sprinkle board with the 1 tbsp flour; turn out dough and knead 3-4 times. Roll out and cut in rounds. Place on baking sheet and bake at 425 for 10 minutes.

1/12 (1 biscuit)=102 cal/1.5 g. fat/1.5 g. fiber
