Combine first five ingredients in medium bowl. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles
coarse meal; add milk and molasses and stir to form dough. Turn dough out onto work surface and knead lightly until smooth
and elastic. Form dough into a 10 inch circle. Cut dough in 8 even wedges. Place on sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 425 for
5 minutes. Turn over and cook 5 more minutes.
