3/4 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp light margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 350. Place dry ingredients in medium bowl. Add wet ingredients and stir just
until thoroughly combined. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray; pour in batter and bake for 45-50 minutes or until browned.
