Coffee Cake

1 cup flour
1/4 cup splenda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2/3 cup skim milk
3 tbsp oil
Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
 
Add dry ingredients to bowl. In seperate bowl combine egg, milk and oil. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly, but quickly. Pour into a sprayed round baking pan. Sprinkle with mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 3/4 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
