Preheat oven to 425. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl. In small bowl whisk together wet ingredients. Add
wet ingredients to dry and stir until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and orange zest, if used.
Drop dough onto baking sheets. Reduce oven to 400 and bake scones 12-15 minutes. Let cool
on wire rack for 10 minutes.
Makes 9 Scones. Each scone=158 cal/4 g. fat/1 g. fiber
