Combine dry ingredients in large bowl; cut in margarine until it resembles coarse meal.
Remove 3/4 cup of the mixture. Add baking powder, baking soda and salt to remaining flour mixture; stir in pear.
Combine sour cream, vanilla, lemon rind, egg and egg white with a whisk. Add to flour mixture,
stirring just to combine.
Pour into sprayed 13x9 pan; top with reserved mixture. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
