2 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup splenda
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup applesauce
3/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp orange extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
3 eggs
In mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, splenda, baking powder, salt, applesauce, 1/2 cup of
the milk, extracts and 1 egg; beat 2 minutes. Add remaining milk and 2 eggs; beat 2 more minutes. Bake in sprayed 13x9 inch
pan at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
