Baked Parmesan Chicken

1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup fat free miracle whip
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
 
Combine cornflake crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in bowl. Brush chicken breasts with miracle whip. Roll in crumb mixture and place on sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
