Crockpot Vegetable Beef Soup

I got the next recipe from my sister in 2002.

1 lb stew meat
1 15 oz can undrained whole kernel corn
1 15 oz can undrained green beans
1 15 oz can undrained carrot slices
1 15 oz can undrained sliced potatoes
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Set slow cooker to low setting. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir together. Cook on low for at least 6 hours. Add water if necessary.

Note: I have used fresh potatoes and carrots before and just added more water.

Makes appx 12 cups. 1/8 (1 1/2 cups)=6 pts.

I've also made it without the meat and it makes appx 9 cups. 1/6 (1 1/2 cups)=2 pts
