3/4 cup skim milk
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
24 oz potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
In small pan combine milk, flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Cook and stir over medium
heat until thickened and bubbly.
Spray 1 1/2 qt casserole dish with non stick spray. Place half the potatoes in casserole dish.
Top with half the sauce. Repeat layers.
Bake covered at 350 for 65 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle
cheese over top. Cover and let stand 1-2 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
