Chocolate Pudding Cake

1 cup flour
10 pkgs sugar substitute
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil
1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
 
Sauce:
1/4 cup sugar
10 pkgs sugar substitute
3 tbsp cocoa
1 3/4 cup boiling water
 
Preheat oven to 350. Combine cake ingredients; mix well. Pour into 9 inch square baking pan and spread evenly.
To prepare sauce, sprinkle sugar and sugar substitute and cocoa over batter in pan. Pour boiling water over top. DO NOT STIR! Bake for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.

Note: Good topped with fat free cool whip, frozen vanilla yogurt or sugar free ice cream (just make sure to add the additional calories!)
