Dissolve, mix and let rest for 10 minutes:
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 cup warm water
Combine and mix well:
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
3/4 cup cool water
Place 3 cups flour in a bowl; make a well in center of flour. Pour combined liquids in
the center. Mix and knead until smooth. Let rest 30 minutes. Seperate dough into 4 equal parts. Cover and refrigerate for
at least 2 hours. Remove dough from fridge 1 hour before using. Preheat oven to 450 while you roll out and prepare pizzas.
Reduce heat to 400 and bake pizzas for 12-15 minutes. Makes 4 small pizzas.
