I first got this recipe from my friend Carolyn. I revised it to fit my lifestyle and family
better.
2 pkg red-fat crescent rolls
1 cup finely chopped broccoli
1/2 cup fat free mayo
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 tsp pepper
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
12 oz cooked turkey, diced
4 oz fresh mushrooms, minced
1 egg white
Preheat oven to 375. With wide edges of triangles toward center of pizza pan (or a baking
stone), arrange triangles in a circle with points hanging off edges of pan. Combine all remaining ingredients EXCEPT egg white.
Scoop evenly over rolls. Bring points up and over filling and tuck underneath on inside edge of wreath. Beat egg white and
brush over wreath. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
