Crock Pot Oats

3 cups uncooked steel cut oatmeal
1 bag frozen peaches
8 cups water
cinnamon to taste
splenda to taste
 
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low overnight.
 
1/12 (appx 1/2-3/4 c)=134 calories/1 g. fat/4 g. fiber
