All Beef Chili

1 lb lean top round steak, cut in 1" chunks
2 onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 jalapenos, seeded and minced
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 cups beef broth
2 scallions, sliced

Heat dutch oven over med high heat. Add beef and cook, stirring occasionally until browned. Add onions, garlic and jalapenos. Cook, stirring frequently about 5 minutes. Add spices and stir to coat. Stir in broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer unitl beef is tender and broth is thickened, for about 1-1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle chili w/scallions just before serving.
