2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan, divided
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz) pkg 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 (8 oz) pkg fat free cream cheese
1 (10 oz ) pkg frozen spinach, thawed, drained adn squeezed dry
Preheat oven to 350. Combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, sour cream, 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
and remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella adn 2 tbsp parmesan
cheeses. Bake for 30 minutes.Makes 5 1/2 cups.
