4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 cup splenda
Beat eggs, milk and splenda. Combine flour and baking powder and add to eggs. Place peaches
in 10 inch pie plate, cover with egg mixture. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 375 and bake an additional 45-55 minutes.
Cool.
