Banana Flax Bread

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup sugar substitute
1 cup (appx 3) mashed ripe banana
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp flaxseed meal

Combine ingredients in order listed; mix to combine. Pour into sprayed loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.

1/10=143 calories/1 g. fat/4 g. fiber
