Strawberry Cobbler

6 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 cup sliced peaches
1/3 cup splenda
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp lime juice
1 cup flour
3 tbsp sugar, divided
1 1/2 tsp bakng powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp light margarine
1/2 cup milk
 
Preheat oven to 350. Combine strawberries, peaches, splenda, orange juice, cornstarch and lime juice in medium bowl. Pour into deep pie plate or 11x7 pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
 
In another bowl combine flour, 2 tbsp sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk. Drop by spoonfuls over strawberry mixture. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake 25-35 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and biscuits are browned.
