1 3/4 cup cornmeal
1 egg
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 pound extra lean ground beef or lean ground turkey, browned
1 envelope dry chili seasoning mix
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
16 oz can diced tomatoes
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Combine cornmeal, egg and milk. Stir in meat, chili seasoning, corn and tomatoes until blended.
Pour into sprayed slow cooker. Cook on High 1 hour, then 3 hours on Low. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook 5 minutes or until cheese
melts.
