1 cup diced carrot
1 onion, diced
4 tsp flour
2 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 cup skim milk
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped broccoli
8 oz raw boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
1 cup cooked long grain rice
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
dash each salt and ground red pepper
Spray 2 qt saucepan with nonstick spray; add carrot and onion. Cook over medium heat,
stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender. Add flour and stir quickly to combine; gradually stir in water. Add bouillon
cubes and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add broccoli and cook for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile in small skillet cook chicken
until browned. Reduce heat and add milk and cheese to saucepan; cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Add remaining
ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally until heated through.
