1 16 oz loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 tbsp light margarine, melted
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp finely grated orange zest
3-4 tsp orange juice
On a floured surface, roll dough into a 12x8 inch rectangle. Brush dough with melted margarine;
sprinkle evenly with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up dough begining from a long side. Seal seam. Slice into twelve 1-inch thick
pieces. Spray a 9 inch round baking dish with nonstick spray. Place rolls in pan. Cover and let rise for 30-60 minutes in
warm place until nearly double. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly in pan; remove from pan.
For glaze, in a small bowl combine powdered sugar, orange zest and enough orange juice
to make of drizzling consistency. Drizzle over warm rolls. Serve warm.
