Easy Biscuits

1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients together until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop evenly by spoonfuls into 8 sprayed muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
