1 lb lean ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushrooms soup
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained
2 cans mushrooms, drained
2 carrots, sliced
42 tator tots
Brown turkey, onion and garlic in skillet; season to taste with salt and pepper. Add soup,
corn, green beans, mushrooms and carrots. Stir to combine; pour into a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Top with tator tots. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until tator tots are browned.
