I got this recipe of the recipe boards--my kids loved it so much they asked for it two days
in a row!!
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 tsp light margarine
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
6 T flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Put all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Using a large spoon, spoon batter onto
sprayed griddle. Cook on each side until browned.
Makes 4 servings. Each serving=145 calories/4 g. fat/2 g. fiber
