1 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp light margarine, melted
2 oz grated cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, crisped and crumbled
Preheat oven to 400. Mix dry ingredients together in bowl. In a different bowl combine
wet ingredients. Add to dry and stir to combine. Fold in cheese and bacon. Spoon batter into 9 muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
Bake for 25 minutes.
