12 oz carton 1% lowfat cottage cheese
10 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1/4 cup dry vegetable soup mix
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp lemon juice
8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Place cottage cheese in food processor; process until smooth. Place in medium bowl,
stir in remaining ingredients till well blended. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers, breadsticks, pretzels and/or raw vegetables
1/4 cup=50 calories/1.6 g. fat/1 g. fiber
