Turkey & Rice Casserole

3/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dill weed
2 tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cups finely chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 oz dried cranberries
2 oz grated cheddar cheese
14 oz turkey, chopped
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cups cooked brown rice
 
In large bowl combine yogurt, mustard, dill weed, parsley and pepper.  Stir to combine. Add remaining ingredients; stir to coat evenly. Turn mixture into sprayed 13x9 pan. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes or until heated through.
