Pumpkin Apple Bread/Muffins

2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 apple, grated
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray; set aside. Beat egg, milk, apple and pumpkin. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; stir just until moistened (do not overmix). Bake 1-1 1/4 hours. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.

To make muffins--spray muffin tin with nonstick spray. Divide batter evenly between 10 muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
