Pumpkin Fluff

15 oz can pumpkin puree
1 cup milk
1 pkg. sugar free pudding mix, dry (vanilla, butterscotch or cheesecake)
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
8 oz pkg fat free whipped topping

In bowl combine pumpkin puree, milk, pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice. Mix with mixer or a whisk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

1/8 (appx 1 cup)=137 calories/trace fat/2 g. fiber
