For muffins combine first 7 ingredients; mix to combine. In seperate bowl combine wet
ingredients; blend well. Add wet ingredients to dry all at once; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not over
mix. Fill muffin cups almost full. Sprinkle with reserved streusel, patting gently. Bake 20-22 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove
