BBQ Chicken Pizza

Half my family likes onions and half don't--

So this pizza is made using half the ingredients listed.

Crust:
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/4 tsp yeast
2 tsp milk
1 tsp light margarine
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups flour
Pizza:
12 oz chicken, cooked, cubed or shredded
1/4 cup bbq sauce
1/2 cup light alfredo sauce
1 red onion, sliced or diced
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 oz cheddar cheese, regular or fat free
 
To make crust soften yeast in warm water for 5 minutes. Add milk, margarine, sugar, salt and 1 cup of flour. Beat until well combined, then knead in as much of remaining flour as you need to make a smooth ball.
 
For pizza: Combine chicken and bbq sauce in bag and turn to coat chicken. Let chicken marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour. Shape dough into a round; top with alfredo sauce then chicken, onion and mushrooms; top with cheese. Bake on preheated pizza stone at 500 for 10-12 minutes.
 
With regular cheese: 1/8=247 calories/7 g. fat/2 g. fiber
With fat free cheese: 1/8=210 calories/3 g. fat/2 g. fiber
