3 lbs pears, peeled, cored and sliced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup splenda
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 cup flour
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp light margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl; toss to combine. Pour into spayed
8x8 square baking pan. In a clean bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in margarine. Add milk; stir
till moistened. Drop by spoonfuls onto pear mixture. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 45 minutes.
