I revised this recipe to fit my family from a recipe floating around the WW boards.
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
2 cups water
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup
1 pkg stuffing mix
4 oz fresh mushrooms, diced
3 ribs celery, diced
1 onion, diced
Spray a skillet and cook chicken until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and
stir. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes over low heat.
1/4=8 WW units
