Banana Loaf

3 tbsp flour
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
1 egg
1/2 banana, mashed
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 pkg artificial sweetner

Mix all ingredients together. Put in small loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

1/4 loaf=103 cal/1 g. fat/1 g. fiber/2 pts
1/3 loaf=137 cal/2 g. fat/1 g. fiber/3 pts
