Creamy Crab AuGratin

8 oz pkg sliced mushrooms
2 ribs celery, diced
14 oz chicken broth
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
16 oz imitation crab meat
2 slices bread, made into soft crumbs
 
Heat oven to 400. Spray a saucepan with nonstick spray, add mushrooms and celery. Cook, stirring constantly for 4 minutes. Stir in broth, heat to boiling then reduce heat. Beat milk, flour and hot pepper sauce with whisk until smooth. Add to pan and heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir in crabmeat. Spoon into baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and crumbs are toasted.
