1 lb lean ground turkey
6 oz can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 pkg dry sloppy joe mix
4 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 1/4 cups reduced fat baking mix
2/3 cup skim milk
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
2 tsp sesame seeds
Brown turkey in nonstick skillet; add tomato paste, water and sloppy joe mix stir till combined.
Add mushrooms, stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix together baking mix and milk. Spray a 9x9 inch baking pan with
nonstick spray. Add meat mixture; top with biscuit topping. Sprinkle evenly with parsley and sesame seeds. Bake at 350 for
20-25 minutes or until topping is lightly brown.
