1 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp flour
4 oz cheddar cheese,
shredded
10 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1/4 cup tomato, seeded and diced
2
slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups hot cooked noodles
Using a wire whisk in 1 qt shallow casserole dish combine milk, broth and flour.
Stir until flour is dissolved. Microwave on high 5 minutes, until thickened, stirring every minute. Add cheese and stir until
cheese melts. Add chicken and green onions and stir to coat. Microwave on high 3 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
Stir in tomato and bacon. Serve over noodles.
