Hot Fudge Crock Pot Cake

1 3/4 cup brown sugar, divided
1 cup flour
1/4 cup + 3 tbsp cocoa, divided
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp light margarine, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups boiling water

Spray inside of crock pot with cooking spray. In bowl combine 1 cup brown sugar, flour, 3 tbsp cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, margarine and vanilla. Spread dough in sprayed crock pot. In seperate bowl combine 1/4 cup cocoa and 3/4 cup brown sugar. Sprinkle over batter, but don't stir. Pour boiling water over top- DON'T STIR! Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2-1 3/4 hours.

Note: If you use splenda in place of brown sugar in the cake part you can save appx 50 calories per serving.
