Or to make by hand begin by placing water, sugar and yeast in bowl. Allow to set for 5
minutes to allow yeast to soften. Add 1 cup flour and blend on low speed of electric mixer for 1 minute. Add olive oil, salt
and remaining flour. Mix with mixer on medium (with dough hook if you have one) for 6-8 minutes or until smooth and glossy.
Allow to rise till double. Punch down, shape and allow to rise again. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned.
