I adapted this recipe from a WW cookbook
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp light margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/4 pounds shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Preheat broiler. In shallow flameproof pan combine oil, margarine garlic, salt and pepper.
Add shrimp and toss to coat. Spread shrimp in a single layer in pan and broil 3-4 minutes; turn shrimp over and broil until
lightly browned, 3-4 minutes longer. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
1/4=182 calories/6 g. fat/0 g. fiber

I've also made it using all olive oil before too.
